HSL is stepping up its community fitness programme this year, introducing a new Raya Relay Race on March 29, alongside the fifth annual HSL Samarahan Marathon on May 17. HSL has introduced its first new landed-only residential project, Xin Kai, or Indah Singai, a new housing development along the Pan Borneo Highway since La Promenade in 2017. Xin Kai, which means “New Opening” in Chinese, comprises just 46 two-storey terrace houses, and they are located about five minutes from Batu Kawa Riverside Park.
