La Promenade Mall is a new retail and lifestyle destination.

It is part of the iconic 200-acre La Promenade mixed development on the busting Kuching-Samarahan Expressway. The mall will occupy levels one to three of the Green Building Index certified HSL Tower.

The mall is the commercial focus of the high-end La Promenade mixed development, one of the largest gated and guarded communities in east Malaysia.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGIES

HSL Tower, and La Promenade Mall within it, is designed as a showcase of HSL’s construction roots using advanced technologies.

The “low-e” glass facade prevents heat transfer while allowing in natural lighting into the office tower. HSL’s office spaces will have premium grade finishings, while the retail podium is designed for comfort, practicality and a great hangout to chill and relax.

Jurubina Unireka, a leading Sarawakian based green architecture firm (responsible for Sarawak Energy Bhd’s gleaming headquarters, among others), designed HSL Tower.

The retail podium, which includes office suites for lease on level four, have wide central corridors and soaring open atriums. Ample parking are available on basement level and ground floors.

In mid 2018, construction of the superstructure has finished and interior works have begun.
