Jurubina Unireka, a leading Sarawakian based green architecture firm (responsible for Sarawak Energy Bhd’s gleaming headquarters, among others), designed HSL Tower.
The retail podium, which includes office suites for lease on level four, have wide central corridors and soaring open atriums. Ample parking are available on basement level and ground floors.
In mid 2018, construction of the superstructure has finished and interior works have begun.
