AIR Competition draws 125 registrations

The AIR Master Plan Design Competition has attracted 125 registrations from architects across Malaysia.


With registrations closed, the Malaysian Institute of Architects and Hock Seng Lee organised competition has entered the ‘Replies to Queries’ stage.


We are diligently reviewing participants’ questions and preparing detailed responses.

New Sarawak Tribune, July 18

Hock Seng Lee (HSL) and The Malaysian Institute of Architects (PAM) in a joint statement said the competition has seen significant interest from renowned Malaysian architects.


The Borneo Post, July 17

“Of the total, almost 80 per cent of registrants are from outside Sarawak,” organisers said in a statement today.

HSL managing director Dato Paul Yee Chee Hoe expressed enthusiasm about the increased in the number of registered participants for the competition compared to the first competition, Langit, in 2021, which received 112 registrations.
