Our parent company, Hock Seng Lee (HSL), has confirmed building plans of its ambitious Project Langit, which began in 2021.
Following an international architectural competition, HSL has partnered up with Singapore’s The Ascott Limited to build and operate Langit Citadines Kuching.
The project will comprise two towers of 27 stories at Jalan Tabuan in Kuching City centre.
Tower A will have 64 units of luxury condos by HSL, while Tower B will have 213 hotel rooms by Citadines. The development will also have commercial elements.
HSL and Ascott jointly announced their collaboration on April 12, 2024. Construction will begin this year.
