La Promenade’s Oktoberfest is off to an incredible start, with the first week drawing in a crowd of thousands of people, all eager to join in the fun and festivities.
The event promises to be the talk of the town, offering a perfect mix of live entertainment, great food, and exclusive property tours.
Opening night was nothing short of spectacular, with the local favourite band, Mozaik, taking the stage.

A key attraction of the event is the guided tour of La Promenade, which also covers the nearly-completed Precinct Grande featuring the first three-storey units.
